Pleasant Way (Diva) ~ SOLD
2001 TRUE BlackThoroughbred Mare - 16.2 Hands
Diva is a feminine, refined Thoroughbred mare. She was bred and raced in Pennsylvania, retired sound, and retrained as a jumper. She was brought to Texas by a friend who thought she wanted to ride jumpers again, but after showing the mare in Texas, decided that jumping was no longer her passion. She bred the mare once to her warmblood stallion, then sold her to Advent Sporthorse Farm in the summer of 2011. She possesses a nice reaching walk, a floaty trot, a pleasant, balanced canter, and good form over fences.

Diva was bred to
ASF Spark in 2012 for a 2013 foal. This cross produced a VERY FANCY, elegant and athletic bay tobiano filly,
Playing With Matches.
Diva has proven to be an excellent mother.

The cross was so nice that it was repeated in 2014 for a 2015 foal, a solid bay filly,
Both fillies are feminine and refined, modern sporthorse phenotypes with floaty, lofty, balanced movement.

The Broodmare
Diva has been sold to a wonderful new home to continue her broodmare career. We all hope that she continues to put very attractive athletic foals on the ground. Congratulations, Nina, on your purchase of this extremely pretty mare.
