Dark Thirty is a lovely, young prospect that would be very well suited for the hunter ring, equitation, fox hunting or eventing.

 

He is the 2nd foal produced by Savoir Faire when she was out on a breeding lease.  He has very good bone and great hooves, and is currently barefoot without issues.  He is athletic, balanced, attractive and very well socialized, having been hauled to shows, playdays, cattle working events, etc., since he was a foal.  He is still green, but has a been there, done that approach to new settings and situations.  

 

He is easy to catch, handle, lead, tie, groom, tack, trim, bathe, deworm, etc.  He is also a very easy loader and hauls quietly.

 

He was started a few years ago, and was ridden out on long solo hacks with Great Danes underfoot, and was also started over smaller jumps.  He's jumped 2'6" - 2'9" under saddle, and also been freeschooled over jumps up to 3'.

He was turned out from March 2016 through November 2017, but returned to undersaddle work without any issues.  Acted like he had been ridden the day before.  He is still green, but quiet, and has much more whoa than go.  If you want a quiet, kick ride type horse, he is that.

He stands 15.3 1/2 hands barefoot, and accommodates a longer leg nicely.
