2005 Chestnut Tobiano 16.1 Hand Warmblood Stallion (AWS)

"Spark" is our resident stallion.  He is a homebred that has been allowed to grow and mature before being started or pushed.  He has been started lightly under saddle, and has been free-schooled over fences, but has not been shown and promoted due to time constraints.  He has 3 good, balanced, elastic gaits and correct jumping form over fences.

 

We waited to breed him because we wanted to make sure that he developed into the quality of horse we wanted in our breeding program.  He produced four foals from test breedings, and we are VERY pleased with the quality his has produced.

 

He has stamped all of his foals with athleticism, nice movement, good minds and tobiano coloration, and is being genetically tested for homozygosity in tobiano and Agouti genes so that we can more accurately predict potential percentages for foal color outcomes.
